Takeaway & Reflection
Taking on this project gave me the opportunity to immerse myself in mobile-first product design and operate within a fast-paced, constraint-heavy environment. The challenges were unique - tight timelines, evolving requirements, and the need to quickly understand an unfamiliar domain. This pushed me to adapt my process and make decisions that balanced quality with speed.
To meet the project goals, I ran a focused UX audit sprint, conducted a rapid market and competitor scan, and studied relevant mobile UX patterns to ground my decisions. Much of the workflow - from defining gaps to shaping user flows - had to happen in parallel, which strengthened my ability to prioritize, synthesize insights quickly, and maintain clarity under pressure.
